Fun GPS Art Running Routes
Last updated: 2026-10-07
GPS art (aka Strava art) is the game of choosing streets so your run draws a picture on the map. Same distance, but "I drew a dog today" is a much better story. Here are routes in Hong Kong, Seoul, Copenhagen, Singapore and more that turn into pictures.
Tips for running GPS art routes
- Load the route onto your watch. Download the GPX from the route page and add it as a course (navigation) on your Garmin, COROS, Suunto or other watch so you never miss a turn.
- Get better GPS accuracy. Your position drifts easily among tall buildings. Let your watch lock on before you start and turn on dual-band (multi-band) mode if it has one.
- The drawing beats the pace. All the turns slow you down. Finishing the picture is the goal.
- Finish with a video. Upload your finished run to RaceReplay and keep the drawing coming to life as a race video.
