이용약관

1. 서비스

RaceReplay.win(이하 "서비스")은 사용자가 업로드한 GPS 기록으로 브라우저 안에서 영상·이미지· KMZ 파일을 생성하는 도구를 제공합니다. 현재 제공되는 기능은 무료이며, 생성물에는 racereplay.win 워터마크가 포함될 수 있습니다.

2. 사용자 콘텐츠와 책임

• 업로드하는 파일·사진과 생성물에 대한 권리와 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.
• 타인의 저작권·초상권을 침해하는 사진이나, 권한 없는 제3자의 위치 기록을 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
• 생성물은 자유롭게 개인·SNS 용도로 사용할 수 있습니다.

3. 보증의 부인

서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 기록 수치(거리·페이스 등)는 GPS 데이터 특성상 오차가 있을 수 있으며, 정확성·연속성을 보증하지 않습니다. 서비스 사용으로 인한 손해에 대해 운영자는 법이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.

4. 서비스 변경

기능은 사전 고지 없이 추가·변경·중단될 수 있습니다. 핵심 기능은 무료로 제공되며, 기존 무료 기능의 범위는 합리적으로 유지하도록 노력합니다.

5. 구독·결제·환불 (Pro)

• Pro 는 월간 또는 연간 자동 갱신 구독입니다. 결제는 판매자(Merchant of Record)인 Paddle 이 처리하며, 영수증과 결제 관련 안내는 Paddle 이 결제 이메일로 보냅니다.
• 해지: 언제든 해지할 수 있습니다 (영수증 메일의 구독 관리 링크 또는 문의). 해지 시 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 Pro 혜택이 유지되고, 다음 갱신부터 청구되지 않습니다.
• 환불: 첫 결제 또는 갱신 결제 후 14일 이내에 요청하면 전액 환불해 드립니다. 그 외의 경우에도 서비스 결함 등 합리적인 사유가 있으면 문의해 주세요 — 사안별로 성실히 검토합니다. 환불 처리는 Paddle 을 통해 원 결제 수단으로 이루어집니다.
• 가격은 사전 고지 후 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 전 결제한 구독 기간에는 영향이 없습니다.
• 무료 체험·프로모션 코드: 로그인 사용자에게 매달 일정 횟수의 Pro 기능 무료 체험(결과물 1개 기준)이 제공될 수 있습니다. 이벤트·협찬 등으로 배포되는 프로모션(리딤) 코드는 결제 없이 기간 한정 Pro 를 부여하며, 현금으로 환급·양도할 수 없고 코드별 등록 기한과 사용 횟수 제한이 있을 수 있습니다. 유료 구독 이용 중에는 등록할 수 없으며, 부정한 방법으로 취득·사용된 코드는 사전 통지 없이 무효화될 수 있습니다. 체험·코드로 부여된 혜택은 환불 대상이 아닙니다.

6. 약관 변경

본 약관이 변경되면 이 페이지에 갱신 일자와 함께 게시합니다.

Terms of Service

1. Service

RaceReplay.win ("the Service") provides in-browser tools that turn your uploaded GPS recordings into videos, images and KMZ files. Current features are free; generated media may include a racereplay.win watermark.

2. Your content & responsibility

• You retain all rights to, and responsibility for, the files and photos you upload and the media you create.
• Do not use photos that infringe copyright or likeness rights, or third-party location recordings without permission.
• You may freely use generated media for personal and social purposes.

3. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". Metrics (distance, pace, etc.) derive from GPS data and may be inaccurate. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.

4. Changes to the Service

Features may be added, changed or discontinued without prior notice. Core features are free, and we aim to keep the scope of existing free features reasonably intact.

5. Subscription, billing & refunds (Pro)

• Pro is an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription. Payments are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record; Paddle emails receipts and billing notices to your payment email address.
• Cancellation: cancel anytime via the subscription-management link in your receipt email or by contacting us. Pro benefits remain until the end of the paid period; you will not be charged from the next renewal.
• Refunds: request within 14 days of the initial purchase or a renewal charge for a full refund. Outside this window, contact us with a reasonable cause (e.g. a service defect) and we will review each case in good faith. Refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method.
• Prices may change with prior notice; changes never affect a period you have already paid for.
• Free trials & promo codes: signed-in users may receive a monthly allowance of free Pro trials (one finished output each). Promotional (redeem) codes distributed for events or partnerships grant time-limited Pro without payment; they are not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and may carry a registration deadline and a use limit. Codes cannot be registered while a paid subscription is active, and codes obtained or used fraudulently may be voided without notice. Benefits granted via trials or codes are not refundable.
