RaceReplay.win(이하 "서비스")은 사용자가 업로드한 GPS 기록으로 브라우저 안에서 영상·이미지· KMZ 파일을 생성하는 도구를 제공합니다. 현재 제공되는 기능은 무료이며, 생성물에는 racereplay.win 워터마크가 포함될 수 있습니다.
서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 기록 수치(거리·페이스 등)는 GPS 데이터 특성상 오차가 있을 수 있으며, 정확성·연속성을 보증하지 않습니다. 서비스 사용으로 인한 손해에 대해 운영자는 법이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.
기능은 사전 고지 없이 추가·변경·중단될 수 있습니다. 유료 기능(Pro)이 도입될 경우 별도 안내하며, 기존 무료 기능의 범위는 합리적으로 유지하도록 노력합니다.
본 약관이 변경되면 이 페이지에 갱신 일자와 함께 게시합니다.
RaceReplay.win ("the Service") provides in-browser tools that turn your uploaded GPS recordings into videos, images and KMZ files. Current features are free; generated media may include a racereplay.win watermark.
The Service is provided "as is". Metrics (distance, pace, etc.) derive from GPS data and may be inaccurate. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.
Features may be added, changed or discontinued without prior notice. If paid features (Pro) launch, they will be announced separately.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
