구독은 어떻게 되어 있나요?

Pro 는 자동 갱신 구독입니다 — 월간 ₩4,000 또는 연간 ₩25,000 (부가세 포함). 결제는 글로벌 결제 대행사이자 판매자(Merchant of Record)인 Paddle 이 처리하며, 영수증과 결제 관련 메일도 Paddle 이 결제 이메일로 보냅니다. 구독은 Google 로그인 이메일에 연결됩니다 — 결제와 로그인에 같은 이메일을 사용해 주세요.

💳 카드 명세서에는 상점명이 "PADDLE.NET" (또는 PADDLE.NET* 뒤에 판매자명이 붙은 형태)으로 표시됩니다 — RaceReplay 구독 결제이니 모르는 결제로 오해하지 마세요.

구독 해지 (언제든, 스스로)

  1. 요금제 페이지에 로그인하면 "Pro 사용중" 아래 구독 관리 링크가 보입니다 → 결제 포털에서 Cancel subscription
  2. 또는 Paddle 이 보낸 영수증 이메일 안의 구독 관리 링크로도 같은 화면에 들어갈 수 있습니다
  3. 둘 다 어렵다면 hello@racereplay.win 으로 결제 이메일과 함께 요청해 주세요 — 대신 처리해 드립니다
해지하면 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 Pro 혜택이 유지되고, 다음 갱신일부터 청구되지 않습니다. 위약금이나 해지 수수료는 없습니다.

환불 (결제 후 14일 이내)

  1. hello@racereplay.win 으로 결제에 사용한 이메일을 적어 환불을 요청해 주세요
  2. 첫 결제 또는 갱신 결제 후 14일 이내면 전액 환불해 드립니다. 그 이후라도 서비스 결함 등 합리적인 사유가 있으면 사안별로 성실히 검토합니다
  3. 환불이 처리되면 구독은 즉시 종료되고(Pro 혜택 종료), 환불금은 원 결제 수단으로 3~7 영업일 내에 돌아갑니다 (카드사에 따라 다름)

결제가 실패해요

결제는 해외 가맹점(Paddle)이 원화로 청구합니다. 한국 카드에서 흔한 실패 원인 두 가지:

카드사 앱에서 두 설정을 잠시 해제한 뒤 다시 시도해 주세요. 계속 실패하면 다른 카드(Visa·Mastercard)를 쓰거나 문의해 주세요.

How the subscription works

Pro is an auto-renewing subscription — $3/month or $20/year (tax included). Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which also emails receipts and billing notices to your payment email. Your subscription is linked to your Google sign-in email — please use the same email for checkout and sign-in.

💳 The charge appears on your card statement as "PADDLE.NET" (or PADDLE.NET* followed by a seller name) — that's your RaceReplay subscription, not an unknown charge.

Cancel anytime, yourself

  1. Sign in on the pricing page — under "Pro active" you'll find a Manage subscription link → choose Cancel subscription in the portal
  2. Or use the subscription-management link inside any Paddle receipt email
  3. Or email hello@racereplay.win with your payment email and we'll handle it for you
After cancelling, Pro benefits remain until the end of the period you paid for; you will not be charged from the next renewal. There are no cancellation fees.

Refunds (within 14 days)

  1. Email hello@racereplay.win with the email you used at checkout
  2. Request within 14 days of the initial purchase or a renewal charge for a full refund. Outside this window we review reasonable cases (e.g. a service defect) in good faith
  3. Once processed, the subscription ends immediately and the refund returns to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (varies by bank)

Payment declined?

Charges come from an international merchant (Paddle). Two common reasons a bank declines:
